Files are stored on IPFS. Uploading is not a transaction and costs no gas. Uploading artwork now locks the token order with a provenance hash stored on-chain; the actual reveal order is randomized when you reveal.

Creating the collection is one transaction from your wallet (Starknet Mainnet); you pay only the network fee. Paid mints send the platform fee of each mint to the platform treasury and the rest to your payout wallet. Marketplace sales pay your royalty automatically. You can add phases, change allow-lists, pause, reveal and update royalties later.
